Working at our Cottage Grove facility, the Customer Service Team is working in partnership with our customers and suppliers delivering superior products. This position will specialize in our Building Materials division. Your team will serve as a call center for our Cottage Grove market. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Modeling safety being a safety-minded team player who will contribute to the protection of all employee owners.
• Quoting products generating and delivering product quotes for customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Managing inventory maintaining and managing inventory stock levels.
• Customer/vendor support answering incoming customer/vendor inquiries and assisting them in timely problem resolution.
• Order data entry entering incoming orders received from customers accurately and efficiently.
• Production collaboration working in tandem with the production team to ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders.

Required education/experience:

• High school diploma/GED required
• College degree preferred
• Some experience with distribution & supply chain
• 2-5 years' experience in a professional customer service environment

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Dependable
• Ability to work cooperatively with fellow employee owners
• Ability to effectively move between a variety of tasks
• Ability to productively manage tasks and complete work accurately in a timely manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Minnesota hourly range: $24 - $29 USD
