About the role:

This role will provide top-notch service to a Utility Company. This is an inbound customer care program designed to take calls regarding Billing, Payments, Credits, and Stop/Start service orders.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service over the phone.
• Answer questions about billing, credit, starting, stopping, moving utility services.
• Explain self-service options and help customers use them.
• Route calls to the appropriate support team when needed.
• Resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
• Schedule and reschedule service technician appointments.
• Follow established call flows and program guidelines.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Resolve and close support tickets promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Ability to learn new programs, research issues and clearly explain solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience

Must have:

• 18+ years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
• Private, distraction free workspace (not a shared/common area of the home)
• Hard wired ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload. (5G, hotspots, and satellite internet not supported)
• Must remain on camera during working hours
