Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM, Tue – 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM, Fri – 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM, Sat – 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM, Sun – 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate clearly with tenants, contractors, and guests regarding site rules and property access procedures. Support daily property operations by completing routine reports, noting maintenance-related issues, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
