AM Baker

Rising Tide is looking for an experienced full-time AM Baker. The Baker is responsible for providing consistently phenomenal customer service, creating delicious bakery products for customers, and maintaining attractive and full displays of products. This position upholds Co-op standards including genuine customer service, department conditions, safety, productivity, and other workplace conditions in a manner that upholds the values of Rising Tide Co-op and the co-operative identity. This is a Full-Time position (30 – 40 hours weekly) - one weekend shift is required Starting wage is $17-20/hour Rising Tide is a from-scratch bakery. This role is responsible for full production (start to finish) of muffins, scones, quick breads, galettes, cakes, cookies, etc. Bakers follow store recipes and portion guidelines. We are looking for someone who is reliable and enjoys working in a busy environment. Candidates must have good math skills, organizational and time management skills, and experience with production baking and associated equipment. Bakers must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift, lift 50 pounds, maintain a clean and organized baking area, and follow all sanitation and food safety regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Neighboring Food Co-op Association
