Our company, Emerald Heating & Cooling in Depew, NY, is actively seeking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems while also advising, mentoring, and supervising our newer techs. We are looking for an individual to start out as a Lead HVAC Service Technician and later advance into an HVAC manager or supervisor.
