Controller (Manufacturing)

Our client is a global company that is looking to hire a Controller role embedded inside a vertically integrated manufacturing operation where finance actually drives decisions. You won''t be a back-office function here. You''ll sit alongside operations leadership, shape cost strategy across multiple production facilities, and have real influence over how the business runs day to day. Main Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Develop, implement, and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to operational leadership Partner with VPs and plant managers to drive cost control and margin improvement Oversee inventory management and cost accounting processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors Provide financial support for capital projects and investment decisions Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals Maintain and develop internal control procedures Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed Education Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Skills 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Experience managing a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; ERP experience a plus Strong communicator who can translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders CPA/CMA a plus, but not required Why this role: strong 401K match, multiple health plan options Genuine career path with a great mentor Culture that''s rare: high performance and high engagementcollaborative, no politics, no drama Company events: pickleball and softball tournaments, BBQs, paid training travel #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Haus
