Customer Relations Representative

Showplace is hiring for a Customer Relations Representative. Position Summary: Showplace is known in the industry for having the best customer service and we are looking for a team member who wants to be a part of the BEST! With 800+ dealers across the country, a CR Rep acts as the first point of contact when a dealer has questions related to a new or existing order or product/catalog inquires. After that first interaction, we pride ourselves on making lasting relationships with our customer base. Along with managing phone calls and answering emails, you’ll learn to enter orders to meet department-wide goals. Keeping a positive attitude, having superb communication skills and the ability to multitask are key to finding success in this role. Essential Functions: Other duties may be assigned, requested or directed. Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner; all phone calls must be logged Provide customers with accurate information using the resources and training provided. Be responsive and call back when unable to answer within department expectations Edit/Enter regular orders Edit/Enter KAAT orders if needed Enter stain labor orders if needed Enter samples and hot part orders when scheduled Process changes Create drawings and custom pricing Initiate calls to dealers requesting missing information on orders #J-18808-Ljbffr
