• Shift: 24-hour shifts (Level III units), 10- & 12-hour day shifts / 12- & 16-hour night shifts (Level IV)
• Hours/week: Approximately 36-40 hours

• Licenses/Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (must be current and active)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP; not accepting new graduates or locum candidates

What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU environment
• Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals
• Manage comprehensive care for neonates with various medical conditions
• Rotate across all three hospital locations within 20-30 minutes of each other
• Participate in on-call and shift work covering 24-hour units
• Assist with procedures, assessments, and treatment planning
• Support ongoing initiatives to ensure highest quality patient outcomes

What You Need

• Required:
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification (no FNP or PNP)
  • 2+ years clinical experience as an NNP
  • Current Florida license or ability to obtain one
• Preferred:
  • Experience in Level III/IV NICU settings
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle high-acuity cases and work well under pressure
