Registered Nurse - Operating Room Nurse Lead

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2326 - $2802 | Schedule: 5x8 Days, Monday to Friday, 0500 to 1700

In the role of OR Nurse Lead, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of the operating room while upholding the highest standards of patient care. You will work alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals, leveraging your leadership abilities to mentor and support your peers.

• Oversee and direct the operating room team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Organize and schedule surgical procedures to maintain a seamless workflow
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide direct patient care as necessary, applying advanced clinical skills
• Keep accurate and comprehensive patient records
• Encourage a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting is required
• Supervisory experience or proven supervisory skills are essential
• A Master’s Degree and five years of technical experience are preferred
