Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory testssuch as chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prep samples for testing as needed.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time here.
