Requirements High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Printing or packaging experience is a plus Strong understanding of production and quality processes Job Duties Lead and support production line employees to meet daily production goals Monitor workflow and ensure products meet quality standards Train and assist team members with production processes and procedures Coordinate line activities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to management Maintain accurate production records and reports Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements Physical Capabilities Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
