This role supervises staff, coordinates workflows, and implements process improvements to support organizational goals. The Operations Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and accountable team environment.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standardsLead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagementMonitor production or operational metrics and identify areas for improvementImplement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsManage employee scheduling, attendance, and timekeepingConduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, HR, Maintenance) to resolve operational challengesInvestigate and resolve operational issues, including equipment, staffing, or process disruptionsMaintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performanceQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred3–5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environmentStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage teams and drive performance improvementsKnowledge of operational processes, safety standards, and quality systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, IQMS, or similar)Ability to analyze data and make informed decisionsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsTraining and Experience:Must attend leadership training as provided by Biomerics.Training on inspection equipmentBlue Print reading.Previous leadership is desirable but not a must.ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 13485-2003Quality PolicySafetyMSDS – Right to KnowAt Biomerics, you will be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented organization dedicated to improving lives through innovation and manufacturing excellence.
