$21.00 per hour

Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. PDT (6-12 week training schedule, schedule after could vary but will be similar)

What You’ll Do:

\n
• Communicate with clients by phone and email to install software, provide login credentials, and deliver training on company products and web-based services.
\n
• Provide front-line technical support, troubleshooting software and point-of-sale (POS) terminal issues remotely and through in-house testing.
\n
• Create and maintain client-specific parameter files to support contracted products and services.
\n
• Order, manage, and deploy POS terminals, hardware, and accessories while maintaining accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
\n
• Maintain office computers and equipment, coordinating with external contractors for maintenance and repairs as needed.
\n
• Develop and maintain user and technical documentation for hardware and software.
\n
• Collaborate with IT and development partners to define POS software and direct host-to-host solution specifications.
\n
• Coordinate testing and issue resolution to support successful solution delivery.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
\n
• 1–3 years of related call center and/or technical troubleshooting experience.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused, professional approach.
\n
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues calmly and effectively.
\n
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems.
\n
• Experience with POS terminal devices, software installation, and remote technical support is preferred.
\n
