Production Operator

Assistant Production OperatorCoWorx Staffing Services has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-performance engineered thermoplastic sheet, rollstock, compounds, and custom plastic products who is looking to add Assistant Production Operators to their team in Greenville, OH. Multiple openings are available for entry level, experienced plastic extrusion operators and all skillsets in between. There are two shifts, 12 hour shifts available, 7:45am to 8pm and 7:45pm to 8am on rotating 2-2-3 schedules. Pay rate will range from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on position and experience, but higher salary requests will be considered for experienced candidates. The overnight schedule will also include a $1.50 shift differential.Responsibilities:Ensure polymer resin preparation, material modifications, and accurate data collection.Accurately maintain process conditions and complete all required paperwork, records, and documentation.Provide support for new product design and process development initiatives.Provide technical assistance to the Polymer Processing group and Physical Testing Laboratory as needed.Apply troubleshooting techniques to process a variety of resin types effectively.Perform minor mechanical repairs and maintenance on laboratory equipmentDesired Background/Skills:Manufacturing and machine operating experience preferred.Ability to analyze problems, determine effective solutions, and implement improvements using creative thinking and technical knowledge.Experience working with polymer materials and related manufacturing processes.Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification preferred.Previous manufacturing experience in plastic extrusion will receive highest consideration.Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
