Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

LPN Charge NurseWesterwood is currently searching for an LPN Charge Nurse to join our incredible team in Assisted Living for a full-time 7am-7pm position.The LPN Charge nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, company policies, and state regulations. The LPN ensures the health, safety, and comfort of residents, supervises the caregiving staff, and communicates effectively with families, physicians, and the team as needed.Qualified candidates must have a current LPN (licensed practical nurse) license in the State of Ohio, CPR certification, and have at least six months of geriatric nursing experience.
