Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager, Salesforce Engineering will oversee the Salesforce platform's construction and innovative execution while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key responsibilities Manage the Salesforce Engineering team, providing mentorship and ensuring delivery excellence through effective design, configuration, and deployment of technical solutions Drive Agile and DevOps processes, facilitating sprint planning and resolving technical dependencies to maintain team efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with the enterprise roadmap and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards Required qualifications 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 3+ years in engineering leadership or technical management Strong expertise in complex Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows) and enterprise deployment tools like Copado Practical experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities and managing complex connectivity involving REST/GraphQL and MuleSoft Current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
