Overview

BlueSprig has a BCBA Clinical Director job opening in Folsom, CA As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst CD, you’ll develop and lead a team of behavior technicians and clinical supervisors, influence the direction of the center, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored high quality ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation: $97,000-$123,000 

• Annual Salary: $97,000-$105,000 

• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000(depending on start date and location)

• Clinical quality and outcomes across all client programs in the center to ensure quality and effective services 

• Oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation
