Additional Information:

• Security Requirements: ; Security requirements will surround computer permissions and internet access. Background Check, HIPAA and OMH Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA)
  
• Training Requirements: ; Consultants are required to attend mandatory workplace training. Examples include Security Awareness, Preventing Sexual Harassment, Preventing Workplace Violence, etc
  
• Knowledge Transfer: ; During the term of this assignment, knowledge transfer from the consultant to State employees will be mandated. The knowledge transfer plan will be a written plan with details determined by the consultants supervisor in collaboration with the selected consultant according to the specific program needs
  
• Travel Frequency and Locations: ; No travel anticipated for this engagement
  

Position Summary: ; IT Specialist focused on database query and report writing.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

The position will be focused on business intelligence (Organize/analyze internal/external business data to develop business unit level reports. Reports would be used to increase data sharing across business units and/or identify potential operational issues. Position will require utilization of approved tools (OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to perform data analysis, inquiries, and report writing to meet OMH needs.

Travel Requirements: No travel anticipated for this engagement

Requested Qualifications:

• 36 months experience developing dynamic reports using a business intelligence reporting solution
  
• 24 months experience producing production management reports from flat-file AND relational data sources
  
• 18 months experince in Microsoft Power Platform
  
• 12 months experience in Microsoft Power Automate
  
• 12 months experience developing detailed management reports in Power BI
  
• 6 months experience in Power Apps or other low code development tools
  
• 12 months experience managing data and/or reporting using Python
  
• Masterss Degree
