Location:Christus Santa Rosa Children's HospitalPay Rate:Hourly - Hourly Plan, 16.00 USD HourlyWork Shift:Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesWage: $16/hourFull-time and part-time positions availableDay/Evening/Night shifts availableBackground check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility requiredLocation: Travel requiredThe Restoration Technician supports emergency response and restoration effortsfollowing water, fire, and smoke damage. This role is hands-on and fast-paced,requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safetywhile helping restore properties efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities Perform water mitigation and extraction using pumps, vacuums, and otherrestoration equipment Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup, including deodorization and debrisremoval Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers anddehumidifiers Complete demolition and removal of damaged materials as required Respond to emergency service calls, including on-call and after-hours workwhen needed Document job progress with photos, notes, and daily logs Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protectiveequipment (PPE) Communicate professionally with managers and supervisors at job sitesSkills Safety Awareness: Ability to follow safety protocols and use equipmentresponsibly Communication: Clear and professional communication with team membersand leadership Reliability: Dependable and responsive, especially during emergencysituations Attention to Detail: Accurate documentation and careful execution ofrestoration tasks Teamwork: Willingness to support coworkers to complete jobs efficiently Physical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding work in variousenvironments Additional Floor care responsibilitiesRequirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, or a related fieldpreferred IICRC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)What We Offer Opportunities for training and certification Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the organization Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to applyWho is HHSHHS is a private, family-owned business dedicated to caring for its team membersand providing honest, quality-driven customer service.
