Job Summary and Qualifications

The Inpatient Rehabilitation unit consists of 16 beds, with an average patient stay of 10-14 days. We offer rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from various injuries and conditions. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates with patients and their healthcare providers to develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate a return to their favorite activities. At our facility, we take pride in delivering compassionate, safe, and high-quality care while fostering a nursing culture that emphasizes teamwork, recognition, decision-making, and positive outcomes starting at the bedside. Our organization has been recognized by the ANCC as a Pathway to Excellence Designated facility, reflecting a supportive work environment where nurses can thrive. Qualifications Required:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
