Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments while crafting tailor-made treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions that focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and functionality.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehab professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education for patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge journeys, and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progression in line with facility and regulatory standards.
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure seamless care.

Education & Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institute.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is preferred; additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are an added bonus but not mandatory.

Skills Required

• Relevant previous experience is highly preferred.
