Warehouse Operations Lead

Job Description

Shift and Compensation
• 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday
• 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Pay is DOE $24/hr-$27/hr

Job Duties
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, storage, and material flow
• Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately store incoming shipments
• Verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts
• Monitor supply levels and communicate material needs proactively
• Enforce company packaging, handling, and storage standards
• Perform basic quality control checks and support Quality/Engineering teams
• Coordinate discrepancies with Purchasing and Quality as needed
• Process RMAs, returns, and product issues within standard timelines
• Serve as backup to the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor
• Assist with training warehouse staff on processes, safety, and standards
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Support continuous improvement and overall warehouse operations

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands for handling, inspecting, and packaging materials
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and up to 30 lbs with assistance
• Occasional bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
• Work in a warehouse environment around moving mechanical equipment and moderate noise levels
