Restaurant General Manager

SES is partnering with a leading hospitality organization to identify an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant operation. This role is responsible for driving profitable operations, delivering exceptional guest service, developing team members, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. What You Will Be Working On Direct and coach store employees to maintain profitable, high-quality operations. Drive sales through excellent service, local store marketing, recruiting, and team execution. Maintain health, cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service standards. Manage cash responsibilities, including employee checkouts and bank deposits. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members. Maintain training schedules and execute performance-based scheduling. Manage inventory and hold team members accountable to established standards. Properly address employee relations matters in accordance with policy. What Type of Person Will Be Successful High-volume restaurant leadership: Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars is required. People leader: Someone who can coach, motivate, develop, and hold employees accountable. Operations-focused: Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining service, safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Guest-focused: Committed to delivering consistently strong hospitality and service. Adaptable: Able to make sound decisions in a quickly changing, high-volume environment.
