Welder / Fabricator – Aluminum & Steel (Day Shift) Location: Carrollton, OH Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (no weekends) Company Overview JOMAC Ltd. is a family-owned manufacturer with nearly 40 years of experience building custom aluminum truck bodies and equipment for customers nationwide. Job Summary We are seeking a Welder / Fabricator with MIG welding experience in aluminum and/or steel, preferably both. This role supports fabrication of custom truck bodies and related equipment in a clean, organized shop environment. Responsibilities MIG weld aluminum and steel components. Work with aluminum alloys (5052 / 6061) and mild steel. Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Fit, assemble, and square parts using jigs and fixtures. Prep, weld, grind, and finish components. Use common shop power and hand tools. Follow all safety and quality standards. Qualifications 1+ year of MIG welding experience. Experience welding aluminum, steel, or both. Ability to read fabrication drawings. Ability to use measuring tools accurately. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused. (Experience in both aluminum and steel preferred, but not required.) Pay & Benefits $20–$25/hour, based on experience. Retirement plan with company matching.
