Position Overview:

The Community Retail Specialist is an integral part of the Greyson Clothiers team. The Specialist will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that our store acts as a vibrant hub for customer interaction, events, and unique retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor sales floor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.

• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively and professionally.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily operational needs, demonstrating dependability and readiness to contribute to the team.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
