THE ROLE

We are hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a leadership role with direct impact on property performance, team development, and resident experience. You will be responsible for the financial results, operational standards, and people across your assigned communities.

You will report to the Vice President of Operations and work closely with corporate leadership, on-site teams, and ownership groups. This is a full-time, on-site position with regular travel between assigned properties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Property Managers and on-site teams across multiple communities

• Own property-level financial performance including budgets, NOI, revenue, collections, and expense management

• Review monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure communities are maintained to company standards

• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, resident retention, and pricing strategy

• Oversee capital projects, major repairs, and preventative maintenance initiatives

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and all applicable regulations

• Partner with accounting, HR, marketing, maintenance, and other corporate departments

• Provide regular updates to ownership and senior leadership on performance, challenges, and action plans

• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing on-site talent

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience with progressive leadership responsibility

• Previous experience managing multiple apartment communities (required)

• Proven track record managing budgets and driving financial performance

• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Texas landlord-tenant requirements

• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office

• Someone who leads from the front, brings energy, and is willing to roll up their sleeves
