Customer Service Consultant – Rostering & Payroll About the home Our Clayton care home is set within a lively community 25kms from the CBD, surrounded by a hospital, supermarket, and schools. It consists of 155 beds, with a variety of care types. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. Duties & Responsibilities Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to – Support and oversee the care home employee experience Administer rosters in accordance with requirements as set out in the respective Enterprise Agreement (EA), budgets and workforce optimisation guidelines. Partake in Recruitment activities to support General Manager to facilitate an excellent candidate experience through to the onboarding of new starters. Actively manage employee leave, both planned and unplanned. Process payroll, reconciliations, and enquiries in a timely manner. Maintain quality and accurate employee record management. This role also involves receptionist duties that require you to – Deliver a customer‑centric experience for residents, employees, visitors, and suppliers Provide efficient administrative support, including document management, mail, security, and reporting Manage financial transactions such as petty cash, receipts, and banking Use the purchase‑to‑pay system to ensure adherence to the administrative budget Support the Care Home leadership team with organisational initiatives and community events Lead continuous improvement activities by gathering and actioning feedback from residents and employees Ready to make a difference?Join our Bupa family and embark on a rewarding journey filled with laughter, connection, and endless possibilities.
