Operating Room Circulator RN

This role is a 13-week temp-to-perm Operating Room Circulator RN position, offering up to $2,850 per week. The RN will coordinate patient care and support surgical teams in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as Circulator RN coordinating patient care throughout the surgical process
• Prepare the OR by ensuring equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile
• Assist surgical teams while maintaining a sterile environment
• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition, reporting any changes
• Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, scrub techs, and team members

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico (or compact)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CNOR certification a plus
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year recent OR circulator experience
