Therapist - Physical Therapist

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function. Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal recovery.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical conditions and establish tailored therapy programs.
Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques to promote healing.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment protocols and home exercises.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid state license in Physical Therapy.
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Maintain current CPR and OSHA certifications.
Have previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
