Community Manager
Berger Communities is hiring a Community Manager for Ribbon Place Apartments in York, PA. We're looking for someone who's not just a manager, but a true leader who cares about people. Pay & Benefits
- $53,000-$55,000/year , paid biweekly, plus:
- Up to 20% annual bonus
- Monthly renewal & occupancy bonuses
- Leasing commissions
- $1,000 Sign on bonus

What You'll Do
You'll be the face and force behind the day-to-day success of the community. Your leadership will drive everything from leasing results to resident satisfaction.
- Manage the overall financial performance of the property
- Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals
- Build and lead a high-performing onsite team
- Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
- Oversee the full resident lifecyclefrom move-ins to renewals
- Ensure rent collection and handle legal processes as needed
- Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness
- Stay in the know about the local market and competing properties
