Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the project manager with scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.
- Coordinate and oversee remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and resolve any issues or delays.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations are a plus.
