What You Will Be Doing:

1. Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes across global hiring needs.
2. Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.
4. Lead proactive sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
5. Conduct competency-based interviews in English while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
6. Collaborate closely with HR-Resource Allocation and People Operation teams to ensure seamless alignment between hiring needs, recruitment delivery and onboarding readiness.
7. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and support roles.
8. Monitor and keep record of recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
9. Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical IT recruitment,
• Proven experience in global hiring,
• Fluent English (written and spoken),
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change,
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized,
• Experience using Workday or similar ATS systems is a plus.
