Moreau Physical Therapy is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! If you love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates
- Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews
- Manage applicant tracking and communication
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
- Partner with HR to support hiring goals
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive, people-first attitude
- Previous recruiting or HR experience a plus
