Looking to bring your nursing skills out into the community? As a Home Health Nurse and Public Health RN, you'll provide meaningful, one-on-one care in patients' homes throughout Central Iowa. Qualifications:

• Active Iowa RN license
• Minimum of one year clinical experience (home health or public health preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and auto insurance
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent nursing background
• Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently
• Must have a personal cell phone

What You Will Do:

• Provide compassionate nursing care in home settings across a designated area
• Perform assessments, administer treatments, and educate patients and caregivers
• Develop care plans and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community health partners
• Supervise Home Health Aides in the field
• Participate in local health initiatives and public education programs
• Be part of an on-call rotation (usually 1–2 weekends per month)
• Use an electronic health record system for thorough documentation
