Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain patient rooms, common areas, and corridors to the highest standards
• Restock linens, towels, and soap as needed
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and trash compactors
• Perform infection control procedures, including disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization in your work
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (certifications in cleaning and disinfection procedures a plus)
• 0-12 months of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to perform duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
