We are pleased to offer a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapy services alongside vocational and educational programs, under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, in accordance with the patient’s treatment plan.
• Training patients and their families to manage retraining programs, which include skills related to dressing, feeding, grooming, and hygiene.
• Documenting and reporting observed information and progress in patient records, as well as preparing clinical notes.
• Participating in care coordination and discharge planning, serving as a resource for other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

• Experience in home health settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $57.00 per visit/unit , translating to an annual base salary of $64,000 - $87,500 . Please note that this compensation range reflects a good faith estimate for full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location, as well as individual skills, experience, education, and certifications.

Additional Information

• Driving Requirements: Participation in our driver safety program necessitates a valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/100.
• TB Screening: As this role involves direct patient interaction, you will be required to undergo tuberculosis screening if selected.
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours.
