Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Georgia SLP license or GaPSC certification (one required to start; both eventually needed)
• Open to candidates holding an SLA certification through GaPSC
• ASHA CCC or CF credentials
• Strong background in school-based SLP services
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, families, and support staff
• Passion for promoting student communication and academic achievement
• Flexibility to work onsite throughout the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and monitor students’ progress
• Maintain detailed records, complete required documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy sessions to meet a diverse range of student needs
• Communicate effectively with teachers and families to support student goals
• Demonstrate professionalism and dependability in a school environment
