Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC certification (eventually both required, but either will suffice initially)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows and Speech-Language Associates (certified through GaPSC) are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with students, families, and educators
• Dedication to evidence-based therapy and individualized student plans
• Willingness to work onsite during school hours for the duration of the contract

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Assess, plan, and implement IEP-driven interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
• Conduct timely evaluations and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state standards
• Participate in IEP and team meetings
• Support students’ communication goals using engaging and culturally responsive approaches
• Adhere to FERPA and HIPAA privacy and compliance standards
