Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current, active Georgia SLP License or valid GaPSC certification (must obtain both eventually; either is acceptable to start)
• ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
• Open to Speech-Language Associates (SLAs) with GaPSC certification (SLPA credentials not accepted)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently onsite

Your role and responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication services to students as assigned
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, adjusting interventions when necessary
• Attend meetings as required and contribute to the ongoing improvement of student services
