Job Details Position: Cocktail Hostess – Part Time. Location: Naples, FL 34108. Category: Restaurant – Food Service.Work in a high‑volume, team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment while keeping focus on the guest experience. Responsibilities Set up station and lounge before the shift, stock to par, and continuously maintain cleanliness and order. Complete opening and closing side‑work duties every night. Maintain an energetic and welcoming presence; always greet guests by name and offer the food and martini menu upon arrival. Inform guests of promotions, make genuine recommendations, and answer questions about food, beverages, entertainment, and lounge services. Encourage repeat business by providing excellent service and thanking guests for their patronage. Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner. Keep the environment clean and enjoyable for guests. Follow sales and cash‑handling procedures and adhere to all credit‑card guidelines. Serve liquor only to guests 21 years or older, checking IDs politely if there are concerns about underage service and looking for signs of impairment. Monitor guest experience, ensuring satisfaction, and respond promptly to any requests. Issue True Blue Lady VIP cards to target female guests and enroll guests in MYBlueVIP. Qualifications Effective communication in the predominant language(s) of guests. Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions. Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a point‑of‑sale system. Capability to stand for long periods, up to 5 hours. Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20‑25 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Martini Naples
