We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position. Benefits Listed pay of $55k - $80k includes base salary + bonuses. Paid holidays and paid time off. Retirement benefits. Not available at all locations. Open door policy with the owner. Responsibilities Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success. Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel. Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives. Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies. Requirements No degree or certification is needed. Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years.
