Job Description
Job Opportunity Position Title: Registered Nurse I Contract Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Schedule Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Responsibilities
- Visit patients in their homes to provide nursing care.
- Conduct home health assessments, including Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up visits.
- Complete documentation and charting within 24 hours of patient appointments.
- Maintain a weekly productivity expectation of 30 points, which typically involves seeing 5-10 patients per day.
- Attend periodic office meetings as required.
- Engage in on-call rotations and weekend duty as needed.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in adult home health or hospice care.
- Active nursing license required; pending licenses are not accepted.
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS within the last six months is mandatory.
- Certifications: CPR and BLS required.
- Candidates will be responsible for driving to patients' homes daily.
- Documentation must be completed accurately and promptly to ensure proper billing and patient care.
- There are no guaranteed hours, and candidates need to meet productivity targets to fulfill assignment obligations.
