Responsibilities:
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service that delights our guests. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing genuine, friendly service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Guiding guests through menu selections and answering questions knowledgeably.
- Managing table turnover efficiently and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Collaborating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handling guest payments and resolving minor concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., trays, chairs).
