Student Worker

Job Title: Student Worker Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour Duties and Responsibilities Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally. Assist students, parents, faculty, and staff with questions and concerns. Perform other duties as assigned by the Bursar Office Coordinator and other management staff. Requirements Availability to work 20 hours per week during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Must be Federal Work‑Study eligible. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively. Maintain professionalism at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information. Ability to handle and maintain confidential student records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate skill level in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus. Schedule Scheduled Hours: 20 hours per week. Start Date: 01/16/2026 End Date: 05/02/2026 Legal & Compliance In adherence to the Immigration Control Act of 1986, all student employees must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency.
