This position will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing home maintenance issues within our SimplyHome single-family, townhomes, and multi-family residences. Service Technicians with SimplyHome are expected to maintain a high level of customer service and have a desire to achieve customer satisfaction./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliHaving knowledge and ability to perform home maintenance tasks. (interior and exterior)/liliAbility to diagnose complex home maintenance issues./liliMust have reliable transportation./liliAdditional responsibilities and exceptions may include emergency maintenance tasks (for example natural disasters)./liliKeep up to date notes and documentation on each workorder within our property management software./liliEnsure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to be measured by resident surveys upon completion of each work order./li/ulpRequired Skills/Abilities:/pulliFriendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele./liliExcellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work./liliStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills./liliEffective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization./liliKnowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary./liliAble to work in an equitable, inclusive, and diverse environment.
