Once you've had a chance to explore our current open positions, apply to the ones you feel suit you best and keep track of both your progress in the selection process, and new postings that might interest you!Thanks for your interest in working on our team!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality processes and procedures across multiple terminals within the assigned regionIntroduce and integrate new quality procedures specific to LTL operationsProviding guidance to field leadership on establishing and following best freight handling practicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence in freight handlingConduct regular site visits to monitor and assess quality performanceEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiencyAnalyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in freight operationsImplement corrective actions and best practices to enhance overall quality and customer satisfactionResponsible for dunnage inventory and ensuring proper usageTroubleshoot quality issues at the customer levelQualificationsAbility to travel regularly within the region. Travel expected to be up to 75%Strong knowledge of LTL operations and freight handling processes5 years of management experience within the transportation or logistics industryBachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Related field preferred but not requiredWillingness and flexibility to work multiple shiftsShifts: Will vary, OB, Break & IB. Primarily OB & Hub 4pm-2am
