This is not a standard role—we are looking for a highly experienced operator who can step in immediately and lead at a high level. Based on both our internal needs and industry benchmarks across the country, the ideal candidate should bring the following: Core Experience & Industry Knowledge Extensive experience in commercial office furniture installation and operations Deep familiarity with major manufacturers including MillerKnoll, Steelcase, Haworth, and Teknion Proven ability to manage and scale installation teams of 20–40+ installers, including both employees and subcontractors Strong understanding of installation systems, floor plans, and project execution Operations & Leadership Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing full-cycle operations, including scheduling, logistics, warehouse coordination, and field execution Ability to develop and manage installation schedules, allocate labor efficiently, and adjust resources in real time to meet deadlines Experience hiring, training, and developing teams while maintaining high performance and accountability standards Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to be in the field, solve problems, and ensure quality control on‑site Logistics & Project Execution Strong logistics background, including coordination of deliveries, inventory, and jobsite readiness Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and client expectations Experience tracking labor, materials, and project progress to ensure operational efficiency and profitability Client & Business Management Extensive experience in client relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for high‑value projects Ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues proactively, and maintain long‑term partnerships Strong business acumen with the ability to align operations with financial performance and growth goals Technical & Systems Requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation Key Traits We Are Looking For High‑level communicator who can lead both internal teams and client relationships Organized, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven under pressure Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency Ability to build and scale a market with minimal oversight Compensation & Additional Preferences Base salary starting at $87,000.00 , along with a full benefits pack age Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) to effectively support diverse crews and client interactions #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Office Solutions, LLC
