If you are looking for a long-term career with a culture rooted in innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development, this is the growth opportunity for you!What You Will DoAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead projects in a high-tech facility, bridging the gap between customer estimates and shop floor execution.Process Design & Routing: Create standard procedures for writing routers, work instructions, and inspection criteria aligned with cost estimates.Project Management: Act as the dedicated Project Manager for all assigned new parts from conception to production.Shop Floor Support: Provide robust engineering support for all floor operations, production, and the tool room.Tooling & Machine Selection: Design manufacturing tools and select the optimal machinery/equipment needed for production.Estimating & RFQs: Review incoming RFQs for compatibility, estimate customer quotes, and maintain data integrity within the ERP system.Continuous Improvement: Conduct data collection and analysis to optimize quality, delivery, and production efficiency.What We Are Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience required (10+ years is preferred).Technical Skills: Proficiency with CAD software is required. Extensive knowledge of production principles (assembly, welding, brazing, pressure/flow testing, NDT) is required.
