Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Clinical level Home Health experience required
• Experience with WellSky EMR required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Hours: Usually 8:30-6
• Possible weekend rotation if needed
• Coverage area: San Francisco only
