Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will support business development initiatives, help strengthen client relationships, identify potential growth opportunities, and assist with day-to-day activities that contribute to the company's expansion.

Responsibilities

• Support the business development team with daily operations and growth initiatives.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials.

• Provide professional and timely support throughout the client development process.
